One of the hardest things for a coach to do is practice with outfielders when the team is forced to work indoors.  Unless you have a huge indoor facility with high ceilings or a bubble, it is difficult to get a good workout in.  This video gives 5 basic drills that players from all ages, youth and above, can do in order to improve on their outfield skill development.
