Photography Information:
- Pettit and Associates Photography will be taking the team and individual photos for the series. Each player will be provided with a complimentary team photo courtesy of Pettit.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Lodging Information:
- The players will be lodged at the Holiday Inn (intersection of I-70 and HWY US 41). Contact Information and Address: Holiday Inn; 3300 Highway 41 South; Terre Haute, IN; (812)-232-6081. The room block for parents is listed under IHSBCA (group code: PAR) and the rate is $99 plus tax per night.
Stadium Location:
- Indiana State University (Bob Warn Field); 931 N. First Street; Terre Haute, IN
Banquet Information:
- Prices are $25.00 for Adults and $15.00 for children (10 and under). Contact person: IHSBCA 3rd Vice President Kevin Hannon. You may contact Kevin via e-mail @ khannon@knox.k12.in.us or call him @ 219-242-5855. Please let him know how many tickets you will need by July 3rd. We need to give a count to the Holiday Inn by that date. Payment can be mailed to IHSBCA; 2340 Guilford Street; Huntington, IN 46750. You do not need to purchase a ticket for your son if he is an all-star; that is included in the fee.
NORTH – SOUTH ALL STAR WEEKEND ITINERARY
DATES: JULY 9 – 11, 2015
LOCATION: Indiana State University

THURSDAY JULY 9, 2015:
11:00 AM South All-Star Coaches report to Bob Warn Field for check-in.
- Will go over the rosters, playing rules, practice plans, etc.
- This will be an organization time with coaches and IHSBCA Leadership.
12:00 PM South All-Star Players report to Bob Warn Field for check-in.
- Please report on time.
- All-Star uniforms issued for pictures.
- After the workout, players and coaches will take their vehicles to the Holiday Inn for check-in. At this time all players will check their car keys in with the coaching staff and they will be returned Saturday morning to drive to the park. All players will leave from the park after the game to return home. Transportation will be provided all day Friday.
1:00 PM South All-Stars Pictures.
- Wear your All-Star uniform for individual and group pictures – picture information is listed earlier in this itinerary.
- Bring your practice clothes and gear with you for the workout to follow.
- Baseball pants, spikes, bat, glove, etc.
1:30 PM South All-Star workout begins.
3:15 PM South workout concludes. South players report to the Holiday Inn. Car keys will be collected by the South coaching staff upon arriving at the hotel and returned Saturday morning.

7:00 PM 2015 North-South All-Star Banquet – Holiday Inn
- Player attire is dress shirt and dress pants.
- A tie is NOT required
- All-Stars will be recognized and the Indiana Baseball Player of the Year Award will be given.
11:00 PM All-Stars can spend time with parents after the banquet, but every player needs to return to
the Holiday Inn by 11:00 PM for a team meeting. After the meeting, players are required
to stay at the Holiday Inn or in their rooms for the evening. Leaving the premises
will not be tolerated…..MIDNIGHT CURFEW (every player in their own room).
FRIDAY JULY 10, 2015:
9:00 AM Breakfast in dining area at the Holiday Inn.
10:30 AM South All-Stars depart for ISU Stadium for batting practice.
11:00 AM– 11:45 AM South Batting Practice
11:15 AM North All-Stars depart for ISU Stadium for batting practice.
11:45 PM – 12:30 PM North Batting Practice
12:50 PM South Pregame
1:10 PM North Pregame
1:30 PM Field Prep
1:40 PM Player Introductions
1:53 PM National Anthem
1:57 PM Ceremonial First Pitch
2:00 PM Game 1
- South will occupy the 3B dugout and be home team for games 1 and 3.
- Subway will be provided between games.
- All games are 9 innings
- Game 2 will begin approximately 45 minutes after the completion of Game 1
5:45 PM Game 2 begins (approx.)
(All-Star pants will be collected after the game)(players will keep their jerseys)
9:00 PM All-Stars Return to Holiday Inn – Pizza will be provided for the players after the game or they can go out to eat with their family. Please notify the coaching staff in advance if you will be eating with your family.
11:30 PM Team Meetings for both North and South All – Stars. After the meeting all players will remain at Holiday Inn….MIDNIGHT CURFEW (every player in their own room).
SATURDAY JULY 11, 2015:
9:00 AM Breakfast served in dining area at the Holiday Inn.
10:30 AM South reports to Bob Warn Field – Wear High School Uniform
